| The Package For Today's Busy Bride-Full Service Wedding Coordination The Brides Plus Package plus: We'll meet a full 12 months before the wedding to discuss all details Vendor scheduling, referrals, and meetings as needed, as well as, payment management and point of contact for each Guest list and RSVP management Transportation management for Wedding Party and/or guests in need of out of town accommodations Budget planning and management Updated plan of wedding details and a monthly report Maintain Menu and dinner choices for guests with caterer, if applicable Complete design planning for reception or themed weddings Thank you notes written to vendors at conclusion All gifts delivered after reception if not opened at reception Unlimited emails and phone contact The Brides Package Plus-Wedding Coordination The Brides Package plus: Vendor consulting, scheduling, and letters to vendors informing I will be point of contact Ceremony and reception decoration details and design Budget planning and management Gift management if they are not opened at reception The Brides Package We'll meet at least a month in advance to discuss details Create time lines to follow for ceremony and reception Maintain contact every week, as well as, contact with vendors Attendance at rehearsal assuring ceremony will run as planned Maintain contact with all vendors during ceremony and reception to assure everything is in place Oversee schedule throughout the day so events happen as planned at both ceremony and reception Distribute final payments to vendors Oversee set up and tear down of wedding/reception venues Up to 10 hours of service on Wedding Day |
